Cairo-Aswan
Day 1:
Flight to Aswan. Installation on board your boat and lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Nubian museum, a real journey through time to discover ancient Nubia, land submerged under Lake Nasser, then ride in a felucca. Dinner and overnight on board.
Komombo-Esna-Luxor
Day 2:
Sail to Kom Ombo and visit its temple dedicated to the deities Sobek and Haroéris. Sail to Esna and pass through the lock. Lunch on board and continuation to Luxor. Dinner and overnight on board.
Luxor
Day 3:
Departure for the discovery of the Theban necropolis visit of the Valley of the Kings. Stop in front of the colossi of Memnon and visit the temple of Medinet Habou, dedicated to Ramses III. Lunch on board then free afternoon. Dinner and overnight on board. In the evening, Sound and Light show in Karnak (from €50 per person).
Luxor
Day 4:
Departure by bus for Dendera, temple dedicated to Hathor. Discovery of Abydos, holy city consecrated to Osiris and one of the oldest Egyptian necropolises. Lunch during the visit. Return to Luxor. Dinner and overnight on board.
Luxor-Edfu
Day 5:
Visit the temples of Karnak renowned for its magnificent hypostyle hall, and Luxor mainly dedicated to Amun. Navigation to Edfu. Meals and overnight on board. In the evening, possibility of attending the Sound and Light show at the Karnak temple (approx. €55 per person)
Edfu-Aswan
Day 6:
Visit the temple of Edfu, the most important and best preserved in Egypt. Navigation to Aswan. Meals and overnight on board.
Aswan
Day 7:
Morning dedicated to the excursion to the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk and the Temple of Philæ Back on board for lunch. Free afternoon. Dinner and overnight on board. In the evening, possibility of attending the Sound and Light show at the Philæ temple (approx. €55 per person).
Aswan-ABS
Day 8:
Disembarkation and departure for Abu Simbel (UNESCO). It is in the middle of the desert that the famous temples dedicated to Ramses II and Nefertari stand, moved with the help of UNESCO during the construction of the High Dam, to avoid their immersion. Lunch then site visit.
